Smokey's Mountain Bar & Grill - Authentic Flavors and Welcoming Vibes in Spruce, MI

Stopped in for lunch after a round of golf in hubbard lake. Restaurant is very nice and clean on the inside. Ordered a deluxe smash burger, well a double deluxe that came with fries. This was fantastic. Service was very good. All the rest of the food i saw coming out looked great too. Will be eating there again. The pic is my burger after I cut it. It is a handful.

This is a nice addition to the Mountain, their other restaurant. I'm guessing after they have been there a while it will get a better atmosphere. I had the crispy chicken wrap, I thought it was very good, there is enough for another meal tomorrow. My wife had the steak quesadilla, she also liked it and brought about half home. Great place, recommend you give it a try.

So happy that the new owners have taken it over and revamped the place! We love their other place and the food and remodel is great! Lots of seating and servers and a nice mix of food options with all your favorites from the other location but a nice little spin with different options too! Definitely will make this a stop during our weekends up here!

I have been to my fair share of restaurants in Michigan. Both Smokey’s Mountain Bar and Grill and The Mountain Bar and Grill have some of the best specials on a weekly basis. Every week you never know what they may be. And they are always amazing. They set the bar very high. It's a love hate thing. I love it for these restaurants. But they seriously ruin it for me going to other restaurants. They have the bar set too high. Keep up the excellent work everybody.

It's always exciting to explore a new dining experience when a place is highly recommended. The anticipation builds when we know the establishment has a connection to another place we have previously enjoyed. We were excited to see what culinary delights the chef had prepared in this new restaurant. With the chef's experience, you can expect a truly memorable and delicious meal. We look forward to the pleasure of dining there again soon.

In town for a tube trip and stopped here on recommendation from a friend for drinks and dinner. Special of the day was Salmon florentine so I immediately wanted to try it. Girlfriend said that’s what she wanted so I got the brisket wrap so we could share and try both. Let me tell you, the brisket in the wrap was amazing. Some of the best I’ve had. I smoke a lot of meat so I’m quite picky and I was immediately impressed. Tried the girlfriend’s salmon and it was delicious as well. So all in all the food was top notch, drinks were great and all was fairly priced. As far as service or waitress Stephanie was great! Also ran into the owners in the way out since we closed the place down and they were very cool people. Keep up the great work can’t wait to be back!

Not familiar with this area, what a pleasant surprise! Service was wonderful and genuinely friendly. Food was fantastic. I had the shrimp tacos(recommended by our server) the other three at our table had burgers, which they all gave thumbs up! So worth the trip! It is a little noisy, acoustics are tough to manage, but the food and service made up for that .

Has a similar feel to it's older sister location on U.S. 23. The maître d' was very accommodating to our access request for our wheelchair user and large party of people. Service wasn't too bad but the music did make it hard for our server to hear us (if you have an EQ or Tone control on your PA, I'd pull down the lower frequencies a bit). Food was pretty quick out of the kitchen and was both beautifully presented and tasted fresh and great. Would definitely come again.
